Bank loan EMI stop payment continuation is better

I took home loan from one reputed public sector govt bank but my AOS is done with builder on October 2018 and my flat got registered (Sale Deed) to other owner by my builder on November 2018 here the twist is bank loan sanctioned to me on October 2019 in this case I paid my EMI till today, do I need to pay EMI is better option or should I stop my EMI is better option? How to proceed in this case

You may better stop payment of EMI since the Banks have already told about the registration of the flat to other person.

Thanks for your quick reply but if I stop my EMI it will impact my CIBIL score how to address that?
