To get final positive order within 15 days in civil case

My matter is in HC Mumbai pending from last two years related to job.one seat is kept vacant by the court,but by giving the reason of paucity of time date is extended to 6 months every time without any hearing. Stage Preadmission.I want final positive order& experienced Lawer for my matter to get final oder within 10 to 15 days.please guide me.
