one of the fellow is open bank, I made a deposit of 6 lac in a bank but then the bank closed it from 8 months, and still he was not refund our money so sir ,please tell me which case should be filed in the court for asking for money and not giving it back

A.Dear client, you can file a recovery suit .A Suit for recovery of money is a civil relief and acts as an effective remedy to recover money from the delinquent. The suit can be filed under Order IV of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 (CPC)

A.Dear Client,
In the prevailing situation, you need to serve a legal notice to the Bank and file a civil suit under the Order IV of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 against the Bank before the Civil Court of competent jurisdiction for recovery of money. You can also file suit under Order 37 of CPC for recovery of money from the defendant Bank. The main advantage of an Order 37 suit is that the plaintiff is entitled to a judgment immediately if the defendant fails to establish that he has a significant defense in his case.
