A.Dear client,

To change the date of birth in your 10th and 12th mark sheets in India, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps:
Obtain a copy of your birth certificate: You will need to obtain a copy of your birth certificate from the municipal authority or local Registrar of Births and Deaths.
Prepare an affidavit: Prepare an affidavit stating that the date of birth in your mark sheets is incorrect and mentioning the correct date of birth as per your birth certificate. The affidavit should be on a non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value and must be attested by a notary.
Get a newspaper advertisement published: Publish an advertisement in a newspaper stating that you are changing the date of birth in your mark sheets and mentioning the correct date of birth as per your birth certificate.
Obtain a court order: You need to file a petition in the district court of your jurisdiction along with the affidavit, birth certificate, and newspaper advertisement. The court will issue an order directing the concerned education board to change the date of birth in your mark sheets.
Submit the court order to the education board: Once you have obtained the court order, you need to submit it to the concerned education board along with an application requesting them to change the date of birth in your mark sheets.
