So I was sitting during the class and I was talking with the boy sitting behind me (I was askin him for homework) and after that the Period Teacher told me to stand up after a while I was asking the same boy for the homework and the teacher came and started punching me but I blocked her all attacks by my left arm she also ripped off my shirt's pocket and I told her you're doing child abuse she said "are you threatening me let's go to the office" I said less go and she called the class incharge in class and told him that I was argumenting (no freedom of speech she won't listen to the thing I was doing but she created her own fantasy and she didn't asked me what was my mistake why did I do that?) And she asked the whole class whose mistake was it and I did the same loudly. And the class incharge became angry by this and he told me to go to principal office. And in principal office I told the principal half of this thing but the teacher who was punching me and she ripped off my shirt's pocket she told me to shut up and she started telling the principal all this thing also she told the principal that I hit her like what??? I did already took my left arm up for self defence I didn't even moved it she was literally punching of left arm and after that she ripped off my shirt. And after that my incharge said I saved this student last year cuz he was absent most of the times and he applied fake leaves to save me he also said to principal that I this student (me) is super hyper he doesn't know how to talk or behave. And he told the principal to suspend me (he gave me same threat in class when this teacher called him)and the principal told me why are you doing this and when I told him he said you are argument and he pointed out my mistakes and he told me that you we're doing work of other subjects during the period of Hindi. And principal told a lot of non sense to me. And principal asked what is your age I told him I was born in 2007 and the principal said you are not a child you cannot file a child abuse case and more non sense and after that he asked my incharge shall we suspend him and my incharge said yes. And principal asked the same thing to the teacher who hit me and ripped off my shirt's pocket. But she said no give him a chance. And the principal told me to do not do this again and he sent me back to the class. Please kindly tell which actions can I take on her no one gave me money so I can fix my shirt moreover they didn't even tried to find out whose mistake was it those teachers we're literally talking to each other and when they asked me about it and I started telling it to them they told me to shut up don't speak. They didn't even helped me a bit. Please tell which actions can I take against her

A.Dear client,
You can file your grievance at the UGC (University Grants Commission). The UGC is a statutory body in charge of "coordination, determination and maintenance of standards of higher education". In 1987, they released "Guidelines for Student Entitlement". See sections 2.5, 2.6 regarding fairness in evaluation and section 5 which deals with discriminatory treatment.

you need to ensure that you have documented and clear proof to support your accusation and that you should not back down in fear of reprisal. The process of collecting evidence may help you determine if you truly have a valid complaint, or are perceiving bias that does not exist.
