A.Dear Client,
The legal remedy for harassment is found in section 498 of the Indian Penal Code, but it will initiate a criminal proceeding against him. From your question, I am from the perspective that you don't want to cause a problem for your husband rather you want to find a solution.
It is suggested to go for family therapy if you want to resolve the issue without reaching out for legal course of action.
Thank You

A.Dear Client,
Once you opt for litigation to resolve your crisis, it may worsen the situation more than before. Litigation before the Court may adversely affect the job career of your husband who is already under stress and trauma for financial insecurities. Instead, you may convince your husband to negotiate or settle his loans by following the steps like lowering your interest rate, arranging for a reduced interest rate is one of the most common requests a defaulter borrower can make to the Bank, creating or restructuring a repayment plan or extending the tenure of repayment of a loan, looking for debt forgiveness. considering loan consolidation, offering a one-time settlement payment to get rid of his stress that may ultimately reduce your mental harassment. Further, a quick counseling session with a certified credit counselor can help your husband discover his options and choose the right path to resolve or settle the debts/loans of the market.
