Stray cats Stray cats

I feed a stray cat and her kittens who once came to our home . Now they eat in our house twice and sometime rest in my house and some times in boundary and go out at night . Now they started pooping in neighbour house . My neighbour complains daily that your pet cats are pooping in our house. You must stop feeding them . How can I stop feral stray cats which aren’t pet of mine to stop pooping in his house ? I also can’t stop myself from feeding poor cats . What legal action they can take against me or what legal action I can take against them ? Please help

A.Dear client,
With the increasing amount of animal cruelty in India, an animal lover should be aware of these rules: It is not illegal to feed stray animals.
The Delhi High Court states that there are no laws that prohibit people from feeding stray animals. In fact, feeding strays is both lawful and helpful since it makes it easy to confine them to one particular area that they belong to.
