Seller is not transferring ownership
Hello sir I have purchased a car and the seller was told that he will transfer the vehicle ownership within 15 days but its already 6 months he is not picking up our calls and not replying messages. We have send him a warning letter through India Post but still he is not responding. After so much enquiries we have find out that the vehicle is registered for a pvt ltd company and we have tried to contact with the company as well but they don’t have any time to help us. Kindly give me a way.
