Karimnagar district, Telangana state, My uncle has Acre 2.20 guntas agricultural land on his name which was bought by his mother in1986 registered on her name, later it was transferred to his name and he got pattadar pass book in 1990 and mortagaged for loan in bank also. TRS Govt brought new act Dharani website, in which my uncle land extent of 1 acre was mistakenly/erroneously recorded on neighbour's name as his neighbours name also same as my uncle. this was taken as advantage by the neighbour's son and he changed my uncle's 1 acre land on to his name. In 2021 my uncle passes away accidentally. now what shall i do. i have already lodged grievance in dharani website for Data correction but the son of my uncle's neighbour is sarpanch of that village, politically influenced. so the local mandal authority changed my uncle land 1 acre on his name with out considering my application and with out field enquiry. now what shall i do, as my aunt is illeterate?

A.Dear Client,
Firstly, it is important to obtain the records of property registration from the Sub-Registrar's Office to prove your uncle's title over the property. Next, you can send a legal notice to the neighbor. Further, you can file a suit before the jurisdictional civil court and seek a declaration under Sec.34 of the Specific Relief Act and an injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC read with Section 151 of CPC against the neighbor. If required, you can consult an advocate for advice and assistance in the matter.
Hope it helps.
Thank you.

A.Dear Client,
In the given scenario, serving a legal notice to the neighbor, you need to file a civil suit for a declaration under Sec.34 of the Specific Relief Act, 1963 against him before the competent Civil Court seeking an injunction under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC read with Section 151 of CPC praying the Court to exercise its inherent power to do justice. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.
