How can i unfreeze my bank account which was frozen by a cyber cell in P2P Chain How can i unfreeze my bank account which was frozen by a cyber cell in P2P Chain

I sold crypto in a P2P transaction and my bank account got frozen due to a chain scam. There is no mistake from my end. The buyer deposited scam funds in my account.I've provided all necessary proofs to the cyber cell through email(i.e Invoice copy , trade details, bank statement etc, ) but they're saying to visit in person to the PS, which is not feasible . Can I file a complaint for a resolution through the consumer court, local civil court, the state's cyber cell nodal, or any other means without traveling 900km? I repeat I'm innocent in this case i provided each and every proof to the given mail id.

A.Dear Client,
When an account is frozen by the Bank on the instruction of Cyber Crime Cell on receipt of a complaint of a fraudulent transaction. This means that the account holder cannot access the funds in the account, and cannot make any transactions. The account shall remain inoperative/frozen until the cybercrime incident is investigated by the investigating authority and submits a final report acquitting you from the charge of a fraud scam. So, when you were asked by the PS or Cyber Cell to appear in person, you have to abide by their instruction even if it is convenient for you to cooperate with them in the investigation to unfreeze or to make your account operative at the earliest. They will be able to tell you more about the cybercrime incident and what you need to do to resolve the matter.

A.Dear client,
You should immediately approach the concerned cyber cell department where the complaint has been lodged against your bank account along with an advocate. Once you reach there, meet with the Investigating Officer and enquire about the exact complaint and try to settle the matter over there only.
