Need a law for boys

Sir.. when a girl is cheated ... We blaming a boy and making a complain against him.. but what about boys.. does we have any law when a boy got cheated.. and boys are facing a mental problem by remembering her.. she easily moved on by a silly reason.. so we can complain a case against her ..
