Hello Sir / Madam,

My name is Vaibhav Padia. Couple of months back my dear Mom Passed away. Before that I borrowed a home loan for the property situated at Valsad. In loan account my dear Mom is a first applicant and me as a second. The property cost is 9lakhs. We stay in Mumbai on rent, so this is the first home I bought for my parents. Now bank people say I have to submit a legal heir certificate or succession certificate. I am the only Son of my parents. We belong to very middle class. Please help me for the same.

Another thing is that I would like to prepare a Will for my dad. So what will be the cost of preparing a Will.

Please help me for the above scenerio. Will be very thankful to you.

A.dear client in your case legal heir certificate you have to obtain it through court, it take generally 3-4 months time to get .

A.Dear Vaibhav Padia.
For legal heir certificate you have to obtain it through court, it take generally 3-4 months time to get . you can make will if the property is own by you , the cost depend upon lawyers to lawyers. it also depends whether you want to registered that will, for details you can contact me through vidhikarya.

But what will be the cost for legal heir certificate and a registered Will.
And if I do a Will under Notary, is it will be valid and if not then what's is the difference between Notary Will and registered Will. Yes, the property is on my name. I am from very middle class. Please help me Sir
