byjus took 89,000 in single payment for online JEE coaching took fees for 2 year in 11 th Apr'23. My daughter attended for 25 classes but their coaching is not understandable form and they are rushing to finish the chapter without giving sufficient time to grasp the concept. Same informed to Tutor many times and helpline number many times. We requested refund and sent many mails and had talk with helpline number provided . but they are ill treating and challenging that you can go anywhere and you will not get refund. Kindly help to get refund.

A.Dear client,
You can send a legal notice to them asking for refund. Then you can also file a complaint in the consumer court under the consumer protection act.
