I have question about my gratuity

I have resigned from a pvt. ltd. company after working of 4 years and 269 days. am i eligible for gratuity. if yes, then what tenure will be considered while calculating the gratuity. My joining date is 17 dec 2018 and my last date is 16 Aug 2023

An employee is eligible for gratuity only if he/she has completed 5 years of service with an organization. These 5 years must be continuous and there should not be any gap in the services of the employee with that company.
