Hello sir,my question my tenant is not paying I have filled an eviction suite.court has given order to pay rent she paid for two months after that she stopped paying rent for two months. We filled a petition What is the going to happen next when court will give eviction order though court order she is not paying rent if she pays .

It is mandatory on the court to direct the tenant to deposit the arrears before contest the case orelse summarily can pass eviction order.

A.Sir, you need to propose before the court that you want your tenant to vacate the place on the following grounds
1. The tenant was not paying the rent amount timely
2. After the institution of the eviction suit, she paid rent for 2 months only, thereafter paid nothing.
3. That the court had ordered the tenant to pay rent on a timely basis but the tenant is not following the Ld. Courts orders.
On the basis of the above grounds and prayers made by your Ld. Adv the court [if satisfied] with such contentions so made will pass necessary order/orders as it deems fir and proper.
