Delayed Payment Delayed Payment

I am working for Sepa Cyber technologies ltd, Varna, Bulgaria on contract basis. The contract is signed between me and IT Run (every contract employee working for SEPA is have contract with IT Run, which has no physical address). As per my contract, I am entitled to get paid on 25th of every month, however, it has been observed that company often delays the payment by 2 weeks at least. What can I do, apart from reaching out to senior official and HR?

A.Dear client,
You can send a legal notice to them asking for salary to be paid on the prescribed date as per the contract. If there is no reply from their end, then you can file a lawsuit against them.

A.Dear Client,
You engage yourself on a contractual basis with a foreign IT Company and your employment is governed by the contract executed between you and the foreign Company. In the said contract, if it is stipulated that your scheduled date of salary payment may deferred or altered in unavoidable circumstances including the clause of Force Majeure that excuses the party impacted by the force majeure event from performing its contractual obligations. A Force Majeure means extraordinary events or circumstances beyond human control. So, if such a clause is mentioned in the contract of employment, then your grievance for the delay in disbursement of monthly salary on the scheduled date of payment may not hold good. Otherwise, you may escalate your grievance before the concerned forums/authorities having control and governance over the said foreign Company.
