Compensation for unfair trade practice

I bought a food product which states on its packaging 'The Safest product of India ' and I saw a hair strand inside the sealed packet . I contacted them and they replaced it. But I am mentally stressed as they clearly states on packet 'The Safest product of India' . Can I get compensation for that and how much ?
A.Dear Client,
You can file a complaint against the product manufacturer and the product seller under Sec.35 of the Consumer Protection Act before the Dist. Consumer Commission invoking the "product liability" as defined under Sec.2(34) of CPA, 2019 and the "product liability action" as defined u/s.2(35) of the Act claiming compensation for any harm caused to a consumer by such defective product manufactured or sold. The amount of compensation depends upon the nature and volume of harm caused to the consumer after consuming the defective product and the sole discretion of the Ld. Commission.
