I understand your concerns regarding the actions taken by the SDO and the false complaint filed against your fictitious name. In such a situation, it is important to gather and preserve all evidence, correspondence, and documentation that support your claim and refute the false allegations made against you.
Here are a few steps you can consider taking in response to the situation:
1. Preserve evidence: Ensure that you have copies of all the emails you sent to the SDO and his seniors, as well as any other relevant documentation such as bills, photographs, or videos that can support your claim of regular power cuts. This evidence can be useful in proving your innocence and countering the false complaint filed against you.
2. Respond in writing: Write a formal letter or email to the SDO and his seniors, clearly explaining the facts of the situation, providing evidence to refute the allegations made against you, and requesting that the false complaint be withdrawn immediately. Ensure that all communication is documented and kept as evidence.
3. Seek legal advice: Consult with a lawyer who specializes in consumer rights or administrative law to understand your options and receive proper guidance in dealing with the situation. They can help you assess the strength of your case, guide you on the legal provisions applicable in your jurisdiction, and provide assistance in drafting a suitable response to the false complaint.
4. File a complaint: If the SDO and his seniors do not withdraw the false complaint or continue to harass you, you may consider filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authority, such as the electricity regulatory body or the police, providing all the evidence you have gathered to support your claim and seeking appropriate action against the SDO.
It is important to note that the specific legal remedies available to you may vary depending on the jurisdiction and applicable laws. Therefore, it is advisable to consult with a qualified attorney who can provide you with personalized advice based on the specific details of your case.
Thank you.
