A.Dear Client,
If your bank account has been blocked by the cyber cell due to unauthorized transactions made by someone else using your account, you should take the following steps:
1. Contact your bank: Inform your bank immediately about the unauthorized transactions and the blocking of your account. They will guide you through their specific procedures for resolving such issues.
2. File a police report: Visit your nearest police station and lodge a complaint regarding the unauthorized transactions on your bank account. Provide all the necessary details and any evidence you have, such as transaction records or any information related to the person who used your account without permission.
3. Cooperate with the authorities: Once your complaint is registered, cooperate with the cyber cell and any other authorities involved in investigating the matter. Provide them with any additional information or evidence they may require to help resolve the issue.
4. Follow up with the bank: Stay in touch with your bank to get updates on the status of your account and the investigation. They will guide you on the necessary steps to be taken to unblock your account once the issue is resolved.
Thank you.
