Paytm Payment Bank account freezed Paytm Payment Bank account freezed

My Paytm account was freezed after a transaction of ₹350 was deemed fraudulent. The transaction was made as a mere small crypto withdrawal from Binance. Paytm provided me with only a email to contact the telengana police where the complaint have been registered from. I have already written several emails but not a single reply and paytm customer support is not providing any contact information to the investigating officer. What should I do. I have 5k in my bank account. I am from Kolkata it's impossible for me to visit there. What should I do? Help! P.S.- The complaint have been registered under CRPC91 and I also have evidence to prove the transaction successfully completed.

A.Dear client,
If your account is frozen due to suspicious activities, you can simply call up your bank and resolve it. If it is frozen due to any other reason that involves debts and bankruptcy, the best step to take is to go to the court and vacate the judgment at the earliest to unfreeze your account quickly.

A.Dear Client,
When your Paytm account is frozen for fraudulent transactions on the instruction of Cyber Crime Cell and a complaint is registered under Sec.91 Cr.PC in the Police Station of Telangana, you have to present in person before the Investigating Officer of the Cyber Crime Cell of the concerned Police Station for submission of required documents and recording of your statement which is essential for the purpose of investigation of the reported crime related to your Paytm account.. It may be noted that Section 91(1) of the CrPC empowers the Court or any officer in charge of a police station if the Court or officer in charge of the police station considers necessary that the production of any document or other thing is necessary or desirable for the purposes of investigation, inquiry and failure to comply with the summons of Investigating Authority without any reasonable excuse will expose the person to the penal consequences contemplated by section 349 of Cr.PC and an intentional omission to produce a document as required by this section will be punishable under section 175 of the India Penal Code. So, considering the gravity and consequences of the matter, you should visit the IO of the Cyber Cell of the concerned PS of Telangana. If needed you may hire the service an Advocate for proper guidance and steps.
