from several years some one is checking my phone location and my details. I also inform to cyber crime department of my city, but they are not ready to file complaint. now i am very confused.

The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (NCCRP) is an initiative of the Government of India to facilitate victims/complainants to report cybercrime complaints online. Once a cybercrime involving a suspected crime is reported online to NCCRP, they start an investigation into the complaint, and in the course of the investigation if required they can contact and call you to record your statement or for filing relevant documents. You may pursue the status of the case either physically from them or online.
