data entry fraud job

Sir, I find a data entry job and they give me an online agreement which I signed digitally. They give me 600 forms, which should be completed in 5 days with 80% accuracy. I did complete forms but they say they are not correct And now they are asking 9000 rs for not completing the work. What should I do now? They are sending mails like court legal notice and asking amount 99000 messaging me on whatsapp like I am advocate sending you this notice..what should I do now?

It appears that for lack of awareness and alertness, you put yourself in the glitch of a fraud Company. If you keep a copy of said digital agreement with you then go through the same and if possible by a legal professional to assess how much it is legal and beneficial for you. Just ignore their phone calls or emails/text messages. In case they threaten you with taking legal action, then serve a legal notice to the Company and make a complaint with the local Police Station informing the scam.

This is a very common way of scamming people these days, simply block them. If you have signed a digital document, verify the same from an advocate to check its legality. Lodge a complain in the local Police Station and send them a legal notice in case of much harassments.
