I am getting calls from a loan app where my colleague had given my mobile number as reference asking me to connect to him as he has failed to repay the due. I have explained to them that iam unaware/ not the right part to callme yet they keep calling. This has caused mental agony. Let me a way out

A.Dear client,
A recovery agent is not permitted to infringe upon your personal space, as per RBI regulations. In other words, the third party is not permitted to talk about the loan with your coworkers, friends, or family. You have the right to sue the recovery agent in the event that he does this.
