Society redevolpment by private builder

Builder is paying Mhada dues for members who have not paid any dues but Member who have paid complete Mhada dues ,he is offering 1 lakh while he is paying 2 lakh dues of Members who have not paid anything to Mhada,What can I do since I am loosing on 1 lakh corpus & Society committee members are threatening me to sign saying that Mhada will shift you in transit camp as our building is in CRZ2 ,some plan Mhada is working for CRZ2 buildings in Mumbai
