how to get passport when I have 2 pending case how to get passport when I have 2 pending case

I have two pending case of juvenile time . Now the case status is in evidence . The first case was under section 307 and 506 and arms act . and the second was an political case . so how to get passport ? I need passport in 2 months because i am joining a company that company need passport . if with in 2 months i will not show them my passport i will lose this job . so please kindly i need advice in this topic .

A.Dear client,
Yes you can get Indian passport issued maybe for short duration if not for 10 years period even during the pendency of criminal proceeding against you in the court or before any law enforcement agency. The law obligates that if a criminal case is pending, a passport can be obtained only with the court's permission.
Court Procedure for Obtaining Passport during the Pendency of Criminal Cases:
1. Collect relevant documents of proof against your charge sheet.

2. Make an application before the concerned Hon’ble court.

3. Apply to the passport office.
