What should be the title and verification of the written argument What should be the title and verification of the written argument

I am a complainant in person of a consumer case. I like to file written arguments. So, please advise: what would be the title? Should it be "written notes of argument" or "written argument" filed by the complainant? Is there any requirement for the verification of the complainant, or should it have to be submitted with an affidavit?

A.Dear Client,
The title for filing a written argument before the Consumer Court should be "WRITTEN ARGUMENT ON BEHALF OF COMPLAINANT" and come after the cause title i.e, after the details of case no. and parties in dispute. Any petition including written argument before the Consumer Court required to be filed with verification and an affidavit duly notarized by the Notary..
