Data entry - [email protected]
I signed their agreement and gave my adhar card details after completing data entry forms because of no accuracy they want me to pay Rs. 6789.
What should I do?
A.Dear Client,
It appears that being allured by the fake advertisement of the online data entry job, you accepted the job assignment by signing the agreement online. Once you accept the job offer you are trapped by the digital fraudsters to extort money from you on either pretext with ulterior motives which is a criminal offense both under I T Act and IPC. So, just ignore their message, text or contact and block all the contact or connection. However, on receipt of any threat calls or messages demanding money for breach of contract, you need to serve a legal notice to the fraud entities before they serve you and bring the scam to the notice of the Police Station and Cyber Crime Cell with all the relevant documents, including a copy of the agreement you signed accepting the offer and sources of their contact to enable the investigating authority to find out the fraudsters and take appropriate action against them.

A.Dear client,
These fake data entry jobs firms are eligible to be sued under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC. Filing an FIR against these companies is the ultimate answer.
