me and my father went to Dwarka marble market and what Kota stone for our parking lot at ground floor for 29000 now some of the Kota stone is left unused and it is of 6000 rupees when I called up the shopkeeper he somehow gave excuses and refuse to accept it as a return but ready to exchange but we don't want anything in action we want to return it we also try to convince him at the time of buying make payment byupi what he told us that 5% will be such charge so he insisted us to pay in his personal account by Google Play and we made the payment now he is not ready to accept the unused Kota stone we would be in loss of 6000 rupees is there any way out legally

A.Dear Client,
Considering the figure of your financial loss, it may be suggested to serve a legal notice to the seller and if the notice does not work, file an application before the State Consumers Affairs Deptt or District Consumer Council which is headed by the District Magistrate and complaint of the consumer is resolved/settled at the pre-litigation stage through mediation process between the parties.
