Hi Sir, the case is like - Person A (land Owner) and A having X and Y sons. After person A death, the land registered to Y wife's (Because X is government employee and he is having more property and this person said to Y wife's you can take I don't want land). My uncle is purchase d land in 2011 and got registered and we have all the documents correctly. Now the property is more value now, so the X person now coming and asking land. Already filed case court. What is solution for this sir? Already registered more than 12 years.

A.Dear client,
Yes, the time limit to claim ancestral property is 12 years. Article 65 to Schedule I of the Limitation Act, 1963 prescribes a timeline of 12 years, within which an aggrieved person may file a suit for recovery of possession of immovable property or any interest therein based on proprietary title.
You can produce the property documents and try to prove that this registration was a valid one and it was done with the consent of all the legal heirs.
