After adoption of one year child, what will be the child's surname? Will it be asme as in birth certificate (birth parents surname) or will it be adopted parents surname?
A.Dear client,
Once a child is adopted, the child's surname can be either the birth parents' surname or the adopted parents' surname. The decision of which surname to use is up to the adoptive parents.
