Dear Sir,

I have filed a case in Bombay High Court. The last judgement given by Hon'ble Chief justice on 1/2/2019 shows that - Stand over to "11/02/2019". but the website of bombay high court shows listing date as 26/3/2019. then what is the real date of hearing/listing?

A.Dear Sir,
Either go to the High Court personally or ask somebody either an Advocate or some contact to check physically to ascertain the date of listing. This is a very old and traditional way of locating and per suing your Case. In case of delay submit a Mention Memo to the Deputy Registrar for the date you want.

A.Sir, The term "stand over" is an intransitive verb which means - to await consideration or settlement at a later date.
As it is a high court matter the last date of which is 01/02/2019 it is highly improbable that a short date like 11/02/2019 will be fixed for next hearing. If the court listing in the website is showing the next date as 26/03/2019 then, 26/03/2019 is your next date. 11/02/2019 must have been the date for consideration of settlement.

Hope this helped
