I've passed hsc this year in one attempt. And the college is now denying to give my marksheets and leaving certificate and migration. They are making reasons to take it longer so that other college will not give me admission and I have to go to them at last moment. They are wasting my year.

A.Dear Client,
If your college is refusing to provide you with your marksheets, leaving certificate, and migration certificate, and you believe it is causing unnecessary delays that may affect your admission to another college, you can take the following steps to address the situation:

Contact the College Authorities:

Initially, try to resolve the issue amicably by contacting the college authorities, including the principal, registrar, or examination controller.
Clearly express your concerns and explain the urgency of needing these documents for your admission to another college.
Review College Policies:

Familiarize yourself with the college's policies and procedures regarding the issuance of marksheets, certificates, and other documents. This information may be available in the college's prospectus or on its website.
Request a Written Explanation:

If the college continues to delay the issuance of your documents without valid reasons, request a written explanation for the delay in providing your marksheets, leaving certificate, and migration certificate.
Document Everything:

Keep records of all communications with the college, including emails, letters, or notes of in-person meetings.
Note the dates and details of your requests, as well as any responses or promises made by the college authorities.
Seek Legal Advice:

If your attempts to resolve the issue with the college are unsuccessful, consider consulting with a lawyer who specializes in education or consumer rights.
A legal professional can help you understand your rights and explore legal remedies available to you, such as sending a legal notice to the college.
Contact the Education Board/University:

If the college is affiliated with a particular education board or university, you may contact the relevant board or university authorities to inform them of the situation.
They may be able to intervene or provide guidance on how to proceed.
Admission to Another College:

Keep the new college or institution informed about the situation and provide them with any evidence you have of your efforts to obtain the required documents.
Some colleges may allow provisional admission based on the condition that you will provide the documents as soon as they are available.
File a Complaint:

In some cases, you may file a formal complaint with the local education department or a higher education regulatory authority if the college's actions are in violation of applicable regulations.
Thank you.
