A.Dear Client,
If the service executive has not returned your old battery and is insisting on taking out your new battery, it's important to address this issue promptly to protect your rights and property. Here are steps you can take:

Document the Situation: Make sure you have clear documentation of the purchase of the new battery, including the bill, payment receipt, and any communication with the service executive regarding the old battery.

Contact the Service Center: Reach out to the service center where you had the battery replaced. Explain the situation and express your concerns about the old battery. Request that they return your old battery promptly.

Escalate the Issue: If the service center does not cooperate or continues to withhold your old battery, consider escalating the matter. You can contact higher-level management within the service center or the company's customer service department to resolve the issue.

Check Warranty and Policy: Review the warranty and return policy of the service center or the battery manufacturer. They may have specific guidelines for handling battery replacements and returns.

Legal Action: If all attempts to resolve the issue fail, you may need to consider legal action. Consult with an attorney or consumer protection agency to explore your legal options.

It's essential to address this situation promptly to ensure you receive your old battery back and resolve any potential disputes with the service center. Keep all documentation related to the transaction and communication with the service center for reference in case you need to pursue further action.
Thank you.
