A.Dear Client,
A certified copy of a conveyance deed is typically considered legally equivalent to the original conveyance deed for most purposes. A certified copy is a duplicate of the original document that has been verified and authenticated by a competent authority or government official. When a document is certified, it means that it has been examined, and its contents have been verified to be true and accurate copies of the original.

In many legal and administrative proceedings, certified copies are accepted as evidence or proof of the original document's content. This includes property transactions, court cases, government filings, and more. It is common practice to use certified copies when the original document needs to be preserved, such as in the case of valuable or sensitive documents like property deeds.

However, it's essential to ensure that the certified copy has been properly authenticated by the relevant authority. The specific procedures and authorities for certifying documents can vary by jurisdiction, so it's important to follow the rules and requirements of your local or national government to obtain a valid certified copy.

In property transactions, a certified copy of the conveyance deed can be used for various purposes, including property registration, land records updates, or as evidence of property ownership. Nevertheless, if you have any doubts or specific legal concerns regarding the use of certified copies in your jurisdiction, it's advisable to consult with a legal professional or local authority familiar with property and document authentication laws in your area. They can provide guidance tailored to your specific circumstances and location.
Thank you.

A.Dear Sir,
Certified Copy of any document will be considered as only secondary evidence unless foundation is laid to prove that the primary/ original document was otherwise misplaced.
