A.HI client,

Contact the authority of the said project. If they do not contact or revert contact your local bodies like the Municipal Corporation or any other relevant bodies.

A.Dear Client,

If Udupi Kasargod Power Transmission Ltd. has encroached upon your land without your consent for the purpose of installing power transmission lines, you may

Document the encroachment by taking photographs and videos of the affected area.
Collect any relevant land ownership documents, property boundaries, and deeds that demonstrate your ownership of the land.

Initiate contact with Udupi Kasargod Power Transmission Ltd. immediately. Communicate your concerns and objections regarding the encroachment on your land.
Request a meeting with their representatives to discuss the issue and seek a resolution.

Contact your local municipal or rural development authority, as well as the local electricity regulatory authority, to file a formal complaint about the encroachment.
Provide them with all the evidence you have gathered, including photographs and property documents.

With the assistance of your legal counsel, you may consider seeking a court-issued restraining order or injunction to prevent the company from further encroaching on your land until the matter is resolved.
