A.Dear Client,
A School can charge for the issue of TC provided it is mentioned in the prospectus or standing rules of the school and printed in the fees book. A School is typically run either by a trust or corporate company and if you do not find any stipulation either in the prospectus or school fees book, then you can write to the management committee of the school formed by the board of trust or the corporate head/CEO of the company for redressal of your grievance. Or else you can make a complaint before the District Inspector of the Schools or the Public Grievance Cell of the respective District Magistrate office for redressal of your grievance.

A.Dear client,
If the principal is not cooperating, you can issue a legal notice in the form of an application to the principal of the school asking them to issue the TC of your child. If the school does not issue the TC after receiving the legal notice, you can take legal action
