A.Dear Sir,
You have to fight legally and better to approach High Court for quashing such criminal cases because after acquisition and payment of compensation the ex-owner has no rights over the land.

A.Dear Client,
If the criminal case filed against you is false and on fabricated grounds with an ulterior motive, then the case may be dismissed, if the matter is defended properly before the Court. However, as regards the acquisition of the vacant possession of the land against which compensation has been paid after carrying out proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act, then you have to file a civil suit before the Civil Court praying for an order for eviction of the land owner to get vacant possession of the land. Reach out to an Advocate for guidance and steps.

A.Dear Client,

Ensure that the land acquisition process was conducted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. If there were any irregularities or deficiencies in the process, they could be used as legal arguments by the landowner. Verify that the compensation was paid to the landowner in accordance with the terms of the acquisition. Ensure that all necessary documentation and records related to the compensation are properly maintained. If criminal cases have been filed against you, consult with a lawyer to prepare a strong defence. It's crucial to gather evidence and witnesses to support your case. Ensure that you comply with all legal procedures and court orders. Failure to do so could result in legal consequences. If you believe that the land acquisition was lawful and that the landowner is wrongfully occupying the land, you can seek redress through the courts. The courts will examine the evidence and make a determination.
