Where to file revision application under Sec 154 against decision of Dy Registrar as per the provisions of the MCS Act? Do I have to file it before District Deputy Registrar or Joint Registrar?

A.Dear Sir,
Better check with local advocate or visit the concerned office and check. Usually such cases are rare cases for the advocates to handle.

A.know before whom . U can approach to the register Under this section, the revision shall lie to the State Government if the decision or order is passed by the Registrar, the Additional Registrar or a Joint Registrar, and to the Registrar if passed by any other officer.
