complain against amazon

i have ordered a 65 W charging cord from amazon of Rs. 249. i delivered bt the product is fake and i am returning the product to amazon from last 1 month they are saying a person will come and collect it bt every day i get a msg from amazon in morning that my pick up be done today and in same day at evening i get again a msg from amazon that my pick up is resceduled. what should I do further

It may work fast to redress the grievance. failing which you may file an offline Complaint both against the online supplier and the manufacturer of the product Before the Dist. Consumer Court under whose jurisdiction a branch or warehouse/godown is in operation claiming refund of the entire value of the defective product or to replace it with a new one along with compensation for harassment. The complaint should be filed within two years from the date of the cause of action
