i have ordered a 65 W charging cord from amazon of Rs. 249. i delivered bt the product is fake and i am returning the product to amazon from last 1 month they are saying a person will come and collect it bt every day i get a msg from amazon in morning that my pick up be done today and in same day at evening i get again a msg from amazon that my pick up is resceduled. what should I do further

The complaint should be filed within two years from the date of the cause of action
