Can a family in the USA hire me as a nanny through the H-1B visa

I am an Indian citizen and a family in the USA wants to hire me as their nanny. However, I am not eligible for an EB-3 visa because the processing time is too long. Is it possible for the family to hire me as a nanny through the H-1B visa? If not, what other options do I have?
