Hi sir,
i am planning to buy the plot in my area .in this plot owner has lost the registered GPA document and that gpa document register in bangalore, the plot in tamilnadu. before gpa one sale deed is their and after gpa one sale deed is their and this deeds he is having originals. only thing is he has missed the middle of one of the gpa paper is their any issue will come.
And he have applied for duplicate in bangalore sub register office and he got that duplicate papers also.please help me out on this.
