Sir, we have given our house on rent to a person from last 10 months...but as now we want to move in the house...so we had inform him 2 month prior verbally.....but as it now he is refusing to vacant the house...plz suggest what can we do ..so that he vacant our house as soon as possible

A.Hello, You have not said that whether you had given rent on any agreement or not. Well if you had made an agreement then this act is violating the government rules so, in this case you go your area's police station and lodge an FIR and if you hadn't made any agreement then consult the matter with an advocate.

A.The tenant agreement for 11 months period.You can ask him to vacate as per the rental agreement by giving one month advance notice. There is no question of refusing the house when the owner requires for his personal use.You can take help of Local Authorities if need can consult a lawyer who will help to vacate the tenant.
