Demand Payment in Writing: Send a formal written request to your party, outlining the details of the transaction, the amount owed, and the agreed-upon payment terms. Request that they make the payment promptly.

Keep Records: As you mentioned, you have phone call and WhatsApp records. These can serve as evidence in case you need to pursue legal action. Ensure you have backup copies of these records.

Confirmation of Debt: You can request your party to acknowledge the debt in writing. They could send an email or message confirming the debt owed to you.

Create a Repayment Plan: If your party is facing financial difficulties and cannot pay the entire amount at once, you might consider negotiating a repayment plan with them.

Mediation: If communication breaks down, you can suggest mediation through a neutral third party. This can be less expensive and time-consuming than going to court.
