Sir,I have not got any relief at police station and then from district SP in three cases. So, can I submit a single writ petition against SP before HC in all three cases. Cases are- 1) Recently in September 2023, I was threatened and beaten by a person, of which I have all evidences. 2) Earlier, in February 2023 , I complained against a phone theif gang with evidences. 3) Earlier, in September 2022, I complained against criminal defamation (which is still ongoing) against me with evidences.

It's generally not advisable to file a single writ petition combining multiple cases that are unrelated. Writ petitions are typically filed to challenge the actions or decisions of government authorities, and they are generally specific to one particular issue or case. Combining unrelated cases into a single writ petition can lead to complications and might not be effective in addressing your concerns.

If you have multiple unrelated cases, it's usually better to file separate legal actions for each case. Here's what you can consider:

Criminal Case (Assault): If you were threatened and beaten in September 2023, you should consider filing a First Information Report (FIR) with the police regarding this specific incident.

Theft Case: If you have evidence of a phone theft gang from February 2023, you can file an FIR regarding that incident.

Criminal Defamation: Your ongoing criminal defamation case from September 2022 should be pursued separately through the legal process.
