Quash petition Quash petition

One criminal case filed against me and my mother. But that's false and fake case. I have already filled a quash petition but rejected due to advocate not mentioned facts. When they mentioned crime date on that time I am traveling to another state. Also witnesses signatures were forgered signatures. Witnesses already given complaint to superintendent of police. Now the question is may I again file quash petition in highcourt ?

A.Dear Client,
You mentioned that your previous quash petition was rejected due to the advocate not mentioning all the facts. It may be worth seeking a second opinion from a different lawyer. They may be able to prepare a stronger quash petition that addresses the issues raised by the court in the previous rejection. If your previous petition was rejected due to a procedural issue and you believe you have a strong case, you can file a fresh quash petition in the high court. Ensure that this time all the relevant facts and legal arguments are properly presented. If you have evidence that supports your innocence, such as travel records or witnesses who can vouch for your whereabouts at the time of the alleged crime, make sure to include this evidence in your petition. If witnesses' signatures have been forged and they have already filed complaints with the superintendent of police, you should ensure that this information is included in your quash petition. It could be a strong point in your favour.
