Ya illegal
A.Dear Client,
If you are a Hindu you need to see the prohibited degree relationship which is not permissible under law. Secondly, you have given some example, yes, you are partly right as some people in South marry their cousins, just to protect the interest of the property. But there are are also examples of deformed and disabled children out of such marriages because of transfer of gene .Better to talk to Doctor from health point of view in case you want your next generation healthy and secondly Lawyer to be safe legally.

A.Sir, Hindu laws ke hisab se aapki shadi void rahegi.
Ek hindu apni cousin se shadi nahi kar sakta.
Wo un sabhi logo se shadi nahi kar sakta jo ki:-
1. Prohibited Relationship YA FIR
2. Sapinda Relationship ke ehad ke under aaye.
Aap agar shadi kar bhi le to wo law maanegi nahi. Waise shadi karne ke lie koi punishment to nahi hai, par agar future mey kabhi aapki cousin ne pressure mey aake apna stance change kardia to aapke lie kaafi mushkilaat aa sakti hai.
Adhik jaankari ke lie humhe personally sampark kare.
Thanks
