My father in law is a person who daily mentally haresh me. Abuse me .My parents my children and my husband too. He also harresh my maid . He also sexually abuse her and me .
A.Dear Client,
In India, there are laws that protect individuals, especially women, from harassment and abuse, such as the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Section 498A of IPC covers any physical or mental harm caused to a married woman by her husband or in-laws. Any such kind of offense is punishable under law. It's crucial to report any criminal activities, such as sexual abuse, to the police. File a formal complaint with the local police station. Ask them to put you in touch with a Protection Officer. Anyone, including someone you know, can visit, call, or write to a Protection officer in your district or an area nearby to complain against the violence and seek protection.
