How to file a case for harrasement from maintenance team and flat mates

Dear sir,

i have been residing in a residential flat and i am the flat owner residing at the same place .usually i pay the maintenance every month by adding some amount which is maintained as a corpus. Here based on understanding we will keep meeting and allot a maintenace to two people . I have been facing a harassement kind of thing from the currrent maintenance team .They are not telling any information to me about the things which was done for the common things in apartment . If they have funds they are not telling and if they dont have funds they are doing without informing only to me and they are informing all others and they are intentionally creating their own rules only to me to shut my mouth .They are the mindset of people that i should not ask anything to them about the maitenance of funds and this they are doing by forming 5 or 6 people they gather and trying to do like this to me .i have asked them that can i know how the consumption of amount will be monthly like that they are saying that if u want the details you have to bring other flat owner then only we will say .Its a Basic right as a flat owner i should know how the funds are managed on the monthly basis and its a basicrule that the maintenace guy has to give information about that which he is not doing and he dont share anything to me and he is not giving an oppurtunity to ask him the details also he is saying you just put in a group no need to ask me directly and if you want the detaisl bring other flat owner he used to say but y should i bring other flat owner to know that details of common things in apartment .In on word i can say they are trying to dominate me in all aspects .and because of them every time the discussion is turning as argument and they will say they will stop my necessaities like electricity and water supply if i dont pay maintenace .i am asking them to give me information so that i can able to pay i request you to kindly please help me what should i do so that i dont face any issue from them
