Respected sir, Iam Athram Rajasekar belongs to schedule tribe sub caste pardhan from adilabad district telangana state.sir my father from non agency or plain area.my mother from agency area all proofs and documents available.sir iam eligible to take agency certificate through my mother's proof.we are residing in my mother's area only.... please help me sir thank you
