If both parties, the donor (your mother-in-law) and the donee (her daughter), mutually agree to cancel the gift deed, it can be revoked through a deed of cancellation, If there are legal grounds for the cancellation, such as fraud, coercion, or misrepresentation during the execution of the gift deed, your mother-in-law may explore the possibility of initiating legal proceedings to revoke or cancel the gift deed.
